Disability Services in Wichita, KS

Individuals with disabilities are entitled to the same civil rights, options and control over their lives as those without disabilities. The Independent Living Resource Center provides a variety of services for persons with all types of disabilities – temporary or permanent – within our own agency and guides them in the process of selecting optimal care for their needs.

ILRC provides assistance in locating resources, whether internal or external, to people with disabilities. Additional options are offered by other social services agencies and service providers, with whom we work closely. We also work with and are a resource for families, friends, caregivers and others who need information or assistance to help them choose the best options for them. We believe that people with disabilities are in the best position to know what kind of services and help they need to live independently.
