Pizza Wrap + Fresh Green Salad + Monkey Bread
Tortilla Pizza Wrap serve with pizza dipping sauce
1 12-inch tortilla
Olive oil or Olive oil spray STEP#1 Brush tortilla with olive oil
or use olive oil spray
Parmesan or Romano cheese STEP #2 Sprinkle cheeses and
Provolone cheese-thinly sliced meat in the center of the
Pepperoni or cooked sausage tortilla
Mozzarella cheese-shredded
STEP #3 Fold up the bottom fourth of the tortilla shell, then fold over top fourth. Roll in sides to make a tight bundle-like a burrito.
A little oil to brush outside of STEP#4 Brush the outside with a little olive oil and place in
Tortilla a hot frying pan, seam down to brown. Turn over one time.
Transfer to baking sheet. Bake in 400° oven
12-15 minutes, until golden brown. Serve with dipping sauce.

Why do we crisp salad greens? A great salad should be served super cold and super crisp. Washing the greens in cold or ice water helps them stay crunchy, makes them more appealing and helps to remove any remaining dirt. Spin them dry in a salad spinner or dry them with kitchen towels, Hold in the refrigerator until serving time. If you want to get fancy, serve salads on chilled plates.
Loaf Pan Monkey Bread This is a mouth-watering cinnamon
sugar dessert perfect for sharing and easy to make.
Preheat oven to 350° STEP#1
Spray a 9X5 inch loaf pan with nonstick spray.
One 16 oz. package Kroger Butter flavored STEP#2 Remove the biscuit dough from the
Ready to Bake Biscuits (8 biscuits ) package and cut into 1 inch pieces.
1 stick butter, melted STEP#3 Whisk together these ingredients until well combined
1 cup light brown sugar Dip each piece of biscuit dough into the butter/sugar mixture turning
1 tablespoons cinnamon to coat generously. Place in loaf pan. Repeat with a second layer.
1 teaspoon vanilla Pour any leftover sugar mixture over the dough.
1/4 teaspoon salt
STEP #4 Bake the Monkey Bread on the middle rack of the oven until loaf is deeply browned on top. Use a toothpick to test for doneness. After baking allow the bread to cool for 10 minutes, then invert on a foil covered baking sheet.
Pull apart and enjoy.
Fresh Green Salad-Salads can be any combination of vegetables and proteins you like. Possible choices could be:
Head lettuce Chopped Hard-Cooked egg
Romaine Lettuce Chopped ham, turkey, beef, tuna
Fresh Spinach Sunflower seeds, roasted pecans,
Tomatoes walnuts, dried raisins or cranberries
Carrots Onion, chopped or in rings
Celery Spring onions-whole or green snipped
Cucumber
Radish
Salads should be bite-size, cold, and crisp. Use different shapes and different colors. Use a light dressing. Allow the guest to add their own dressings.
