Working Together for Change

The ILRC staff works with people individually or in groups to ensure full participation in their communities. We also empower people to create change systematically through legislation and public policy. Our WDRA (Wichita Disability Rights Advocates) team is a group of people with and without disabilities who meet to work on these advocacy goals.

WDRA takes action to promote equal access for individuals with disabilities to all services, programs, activities, resources, and facilities in society whether public or private. They serve as an Advisory team for Independent Living Resource Center’s Board of Directors. Please contact us to get involved!
