What Makes Us Different
After more than 20 years in the field and working with neurodivergent individuals, ILRC has designed a program that targets the core issues that keep them from connecting with others and preventing them from establishing their desired quality of life.
These challenges are directly related to impaired social competencies and executive functioning skills, which hinders confidence and success. Therefore, our program layout encompasses four core areas that are helping our individuals succeed.

APPROACH
Greater Expectations teaches the process of working that can be applied to any and all jobs.
RESEARCH
The Greater Expectations program focuses on the core issues of ASD that research has identified. Individuals are provided with research- based interventions, strategies, and supports that enable them to live their best lives.
INDIVIDUALIZED
The Greater Expectations program provides a framework for self-reflection and goal setting. Participants are then supported to achieve their goals through one-on-one instructional sessions.
