At Independent Living Resource Center we help people with all types of disabilities - physical, mental or developmental - whether the disability is temporary or permanent. We are also a resource for families, friends, caregivers and others who need information or assistance. We serve people in southcentral Kansas, but anyone may contact us at no cost.

Department of Commerce and Department for Children and Families announce KANSASWORKS Employer Partner Incentive
Learn MoreIn mid-November the MERN program had more walkers and crutches than needed. Hearing of a need for them in Honduras, 30 walkers and more than a dozen pairs of crutches were donated to the PET project, another nonprofit. The walkers and crutches will be given to people who desperately need them and have no other way to get them.
